Miss Khmu Contestants Explore Lao Ethnic Garden | Cultural Journey & Traditions

Join the 16 contestants of the Miss Khmu Ethnic Group pageant as they embark on a cultural journey to the Ethnic Garden in Vientiane Capital! This special visit, held on September 22, 2025, was part of their pre-final activities, aimed at immersing them in the rich traditions and diverse ways of life of Laos' 50 ethnic groups, with a special focus on the Khmu people.

Watch as the contestants explore the Ethnic Museum, various ethnic houses, and delve deep into the history and unique customs of the Khmu ethnic group. The event also featured captivating cultural performances by young Hmong ethnic performers, adding vibrant colors to their learning experience.

The visit was warmly hosted by Mr. Phouvong Phamisith (Owner of Ethnic Garden & Phouvong Gold Shop), Mr. Savankhone Rachamontry (Advisor to Ethnic Garden), and Professor Khanthavong Daravong (Advisor to Ethnic Garden). This initiative highlights the importance of preserving and promoting the beautiful cultural heritage of Laos.
